We use CIS (Continuous Improvement System), a robust software product that documents incidents and helps determine root causes & corrective action plans. We are committed to the 5S philosophy & have consistently received high ratings from third party auditors. The 2nd Basic MWCold Operating Principle states, ” If you don’t measure you can’t manage.” We have selected the following KPIs because they are meaningful, measurable, and manageable.
The right product and quantity in the right location verified through daily inbound checks and weekly physical inventories. We cycle count the entire warehouse by location every 120 days. Various activity/status reports are available on line, in real time.
The right product and quantity shipped on time, damage free, to the right destination. All mis-shipments are recorded in CIS*, (our quality management software program), and thoroughly investigated. When warranted we conduct a Root Cause Analysis that may dictate policy and process changes, additional training and/or disciplinary action.

A representative review of operational processes and procedures being completed accurately and timely. We systematically and randomly audit all operators for adherence to SOPs** relative to receiving, stocking, picking, loading, equipment checks, and hold/release processes.
