The right product and quantity in the right location verified through daily inbound checks and weekly physical inventories. We cycle count the entire warehouse by location every 120 days. Various activity/status reports are available on line, in real time.
The right product and quantity shipped on time, damage free, to the right destination. All mis-shipments are recorded in CIS*, (our quality management software program), and thoroughly investigated. When warranted we conduct a Root Cause Analysis that may dictate policy and process changes, additional training and/or disciplinary action.
A representative review of operational processes and procedures being completed accurately and timely. We systematically and randomly audit all operators for adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) relative to receiving, stocking, picking, loading, equipment checks, and hold/release processes.
